Once you are in possession of a MYO/Custom ticket, the design must be uploaded for staff approval!
Doing this works similarly to editing a character profile!
Process:
To begin submission, go to your inventory and use the slot
Then, go to the Slot Masterlist and click on your slot
Click the Submit Slot Design button on the bottom left sidebar
Click the Create Request Button on the bottom right of the page
Proceed to fill out each section by clicking on the headers under request number; once each section is completed, press the save button on the bottom right of the page, the red X will be replaced with a green circle
The image used for Masterlist Image must be PNG format, as it must be transparent
Next, select the designer and artist! The designer is the original creator of the design, while the artist is the individual who helped create their new reference
The next section allows for item add-ons from your own inventory. For example, if you own the kennel paint item, and use it on a MYO or custom, adding it here will allow approval for the item use (as well as removing it from your inventory automatically on approval). If you are not using any items, please still click the save button to mark this section as complete
Under the traits header, you can add specifics to your request such as species, rarity, and traits. Please only add a title if you have been given permission to use one. This asset is reserved for special cases and your request will not be approved if used otherwise
Finally, once all sections are complete, you will have the ability to submit your request. After this, you must wait for staff approval of the design. Once approved the character will be added to the character masterlist and removed from the slot masterlist
If the design is rejected, you will be given a reason for the rejection and the chance to edit your request once more for further approval. If you have any additional questions, please feel welcome to contact staff!
