Basic Neck Accessory

Basic Head Accessories can be used for either species. These accessories consist of simple necklaces, plain collars, bandanas, and other small items. Since these are considered Basic Accessories, all of the items here must be very Basic! Complicated designs or intricate items will require the use of a custom item.
